Fashion as a platform for expression, authenticity, and innovation

The Fábrica de Santo Thyrso served as the venue for House of Fashion 2026 produced by IMC Models and powered by Paris Runway Official bringing together over a thousand people for an evening in which innovative concepts, creativity, and culture stood as the defining elements. It was an edition brimming with talented designers boasting extensive global experience, industry professionals, guests, and fashion enthusiasts, all set within an atmosphere characterized by creativity, glamour, and a contemporary vision.

To speak of Alexandra is to lay upon the table a love for craftsmanship a love for textiles, textures, and colors. It is to grasp a vision imbued with the details that adorn her universe a universe in which fashion becomes a cultural cry that transcends the boundaries of utility.

This Romanian designer has successfully grasped the versatility of the fashion industry, betting on transforming each collection into a defining moment thereby catapulting her creative vision onto a stage where fashion transforms into visibility.

Known for breathing life into everyday materials and transforming them into garments, Alexandra places her bets on existentiality as a key element within her collections: everything has a reason for being and, therefore, can be utilized. Her love for crafting, repurposing, and attention to detail has led her to become widely recognized in Romania, where her designs inspire, shape, and set trends.

Alexandra’s stage: Bucharest Fashion Week

The platform that showcased her creations.

From March 24th to 28th, Bucharest Fashion Week powered by Mercedes-Benz brought with it a significant and powerful lineup of designers who infused Romania’s most important fashion week MBBFW with versatility and fresh creative visions. Among them, one of the standout presentations was that of Alexandra Sipa.

Amidst sobriety and neutral tones, Alexandra highlights the importance of color, details, and maximalism as elements of brand identity, extrapolating these concepts to the realm of social consciousness and thereby conveying the message inherent in the way one chooses to dress.

Fashion which far transcends mere clothing is a form of expression; it is the mastery of one’s own presence, an understanding of one’s surroundings, and a respect for the world around us.

MBBFW marked a significant moment for Romania, where creativity and design backed by solid concepts converged, thereby creating an almanac of ideas that transcended the page to become tangible visual realities visions that undoubtedly inspired, and will continue to inspire, Romania’s fashion enthusiasts.
