Q: How did your modeling journey begin?

Honestly, it all started by accident. A friend showed my picture to their agency, and they called me in right away. I never imagined I’d be modeling—but one small moment turned into a whole new path.

Q: What defines an iconic model today?

Being yourself. The industry loves trends, but real style comes from authenticity. People remember you when you stay true to who you are.

Q: What does your morning routine look like?

I like to keep it simple. A few stretches to wake up, then a nice walk to the gym for an early workout. It’s a refreshing way to set the tone for the day.

Q: How do you approach training—strength or endurance?

I don’t overthink it. I just like to challenge myself, break a sweat, and walk out of the gym feeling accomplished. For me, fitness is about keeping both body and mind active.

Q: What role does nutrition play in your lifestyle?

I try to keep my meals clean and balanced—it gives me the energy I need. I’m not really into cheat meals; I just enjoy eating food that makes me feel good.

Q: How do you view wellness with so much pressure in the industry?

I don’t stress too much about it. Life has ups and downs, but I take each day as it comes. I focus on doing my best and finding small moments to enjoy along the way.

Q: Who inspires you in fitness and fashion?

In fitness, I admire David Goggins for his discipline. In fashion, I just look inward—I’m motivated by my own goals and where I want to take my career.

Q: How has social media shaped your career?

It’s been such a helpful tool for connecting with people and sharing my work. I mostly post the professional side of my life—it keeps things fun but focused.

Q: Tell us about a memorable shoot.

One time, we had a beach shoot planned, but the rain came pouring down. We moved indoors to an apartment building, and it turned out to be one of my favorite shoots. It reminded me that sometimes the unexpected works out best.

Q: Beyond modeling, what’s next for you?

I’d love to explore acting and also grow as a massage therapist. I’m excited to keep learning and trying new things—life’s too short to stay in one lane.
